Spending time abroad during your degree can not only increase your employability - it can also help you gain a whole host of transferrable skills like confidence, adaptability, and intercultural communication (to name but a few). Far from just offering the traditional year abroad, the University has a range of long and short-term international opportunities on offer that cater to a range of students…and no, you don’t always need to be able to speak another language to go! In this session, the Study and Work Away Service (SWAY) will give you an overview of the types of opportunities that could be available to you and what you should start thinking about now.
