This podcast features a conversation between Dr Anna Pilz and the Scotland-based artist Christina Riley. Anna talks to Christina about her project The Beach Today (Guillemot Press, 2021) as a way of collecting, arranging, and sharing the coast as well as about the Nature Library. “In Conversation with Christina Riley” was recorded as part of the Scottish Writing in the Nineteenth Century workshop on ‘Scotland’s Coastal Romanticisms’. The event took place at the University of Edinburgh on 5th February 2022 and this podcast has been made possible thanks to funding from the European Commissions’ Marie Curie Programme under the Grant Agreement No. 890850.
