- Open log file outputs in tracer
- note burn-in, and what happens when chain not run for long enough ?
- compare root height and clock rate (mean and HPD interval) ?
- Is there much difference between posteriors, priors and likelihoods ?
- Perform BayesFactor test in Tracer, which model is best ?
