Making and Displaying Trees
- Make trees using tree annotator
- - burnin=1000 (10%)
- - note for SPREAD need to set probability at 0 so all nodes are annotated
- Display trees in fig tree
- -set dates and get time scale right (last date is 2014.342 = 6 May 2015), need to “reverse” time scale (due to coalescent theory)
- -show colours of host trait and region trait
- output to pdf and png
