This session, delivered as part of Dissertation Festival 25-29 Oct 21, looks at annotated bibliographies and literature reviews as a first step in dissertation writing in literary studies.
Annotated bibliographies and literature reviews both involve literature searching, close reading and critical analysis, but they are two different types of research writing and documentation.
We will consider what they consist of, their purposes and how to use our Library resources to help you in this research process.
