Do you know what virtual recruitment methods employers are using? How has Covid-19 changed recruitment processes? What can I expect to experience if I apply for a role in 2021? Can I expect any in person elements? In this live panel session employers will discuss the different recruitment methods they’re using and share their tips for how to perform well. This session aims to improve your confidence to excel at video interviews in particular.

Gabor Toth, Emerging Talent Recruiter, Cisco Systems
Gabor is one of the Emerging Talent Recruiters at Cisco, looking for exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical roles in the UK and in Poland. These include internships, placements as well as graduate jobs. He has worked in multiple countries including Hungary, Poland and the UK and has been in the recruitment business for nearly 10 years, having spent the last 6 years in the Emerging Talent space. He is passionate about early careers and helping young people find their dream job.
Alison Darke - Early Talent Partner – Postdoc Programme at AstraZeneca
Alison works closely with the postdoc committee to ensure the Postdocs have a fantastic experience at AstraZeneca. She came to AstraZeneca in 2018 with 13 years prior experience working in HR including in-house recruitment. She has been involved in recruitment at all levels so has seen brilliant interviews and terrible interviews. She can share her tips with you on how to excel at interviews and get that job you really want.
Brett Hemmerling, EMEA Campus Recruitment Program Manager, Moody’s
Brett manages the strategy and delivery of Moody’s campus recruiting efforts across the EMEA region. He has been with Moody’s for 18 years, starting his tenure with Moody’s Analytics in the New York office, then leading campus recruitment in the US before relocating to London for his current role. Brett is extremely passionate about diversity & inclusion, creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, and bringing top talent into the Moody's family!
