This is a recoding of a briefing session for Cohort Leads ahead of the 2023/24 academic year. The session has been split into 6 sections for convenience:
1) Introduction to the role of Cohort Lead, and overview of resources available to support academic staff in those roles
2) Presentation by College Project Officers (from CAHSS and CSE) of their experience of CL activities in AY2022/23 and what will be in place AY2023/24
3) Presentations from academics with experience from AY2022/23 (from Business and Chemistry) of acting as Cohort Leads
4) Q&A summary of questions raised in the chat bar of the session
5) Overview of system changes ahead of AY2023/24, and for Semester 1 to support Cohort Lead activities
6) Overview of Sense of Belonging programme
