Els Ortibus currently works at the Department of Development and Regeneration, University of Leuven and is the head of the Center for Developmental Disabilities in Leuven. Els does research in Pediatric Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine. Her current projects are 'Neurological biomarkers in predicting upper limb function and treatment response in children with unilateral cerebral palsy' and "Ivision: game based (re)habilitation for children with Cerebral Visual Impairment
