Kathleen and I discuss how the brain structures visual information and the results from her research projects that have led to the development of the Leuven Perceptual Organization Test (l-post) and the Children’s Visual Impairment Test for 3 to 6 year olds (CVIT 3-6), These are computerised vision tests for brain-damaged adults and children with Cerebral Visual Impairment. We also discuss three recent papers where Kathleen has conducted a thematic analysis of parents with CVI; "A qualitative exploration of the early signs of cerebral visual impairment in preschool children"
