Using red cabbage as a pH indicator!Join Dr Cameron and make a pH indicator by using red cabbage! The indicator will tell you whether a range of kitchen products are acidic or alkaline.
For this experiment, you will need: red cabbage, a food blender, water, jug, spoons and glasses, plus a range of different kitchen products,
for example bleach, lemon juice and kitchen cleaner (try other things too but remember to ask an adult first!)
