A demonstration of the use of the R2C2 model, an evidence & theory based feedback model. The model has four phases: building Relationships, exploring Reactions and Content and Coaching for performance change. The model has been shown to be effective in promoting a reflective feedback conversation including the development of a plan for further learning, especially when used in conjunction with the development of a learning change plan.
There are two videos in this series. This video presents the model in a competency based setting.
A PowerPoint presentation of the model precedes the video. If you would like to go directly to the video go to 8:33.
