Covid pandemic the Helping Hand Foundation have been involved in ration
distribution, home isolation care in urban slums, online health
consultations, testing, ambulance and funeral services and distributing
information through hospital help desks.
We also hear about catastrophic health expediture and out of pocket
health expenses, the dichotomy between public and private healthcare
services and how the high rate of illiteracy adds additional challenges
in health promotion and education.
