It feels like everyone is talking about mindfulness, but what does it involve and how can it support mental wellbeing? Join students and staff at the Moray House School of Education and Sport for a workshop which aims to answer these questions. Following a short talk on the key features of current secular approaches to mindfulness, participants will have an opportunity to take part in a practical mindfulness session, before reflecting on their experience and asking any questions they might have about mindfulness. The workshop has also been designed to act as an orientation to the short weekly mindfulness sessions that will be held throughout the semester.
