The recording begins with the university's Lynda.com Service Manager, Andy Todd, providing an overview of how Lynda.com has been used within the university since it was purchased in 2016. Next, Simon Howson-Baggott (Customer Success Manager - LinkedIn) shares his top tips and recommendations to help users (students and staff) to get the most out of the Lynda.com service, also providing an overview of how Lynda.com can help students during their journey from the beginning of university life, through to employment.
In the third section, Sara Jones (Relationship Manager - Linkedin) provides a sneak peek of the new LinkedIn Learning system that will replace Lynda.com (through an upgrade) at the university this Summer. Finally, the event ends with a short Q&A.
