In this video, equality campaigner Mridul Wadhwa, who works
in Scotland, discusses the findings from the perspective of having worked
predominantly in minority ethnic women's organisations. She highlights the
importance of collaborative working between different types of equality
organisations, and the need for long term funding to enable this. She
emphasises that embedding intersectionality is a journey, for both individual
practitioners and for organisations.
