Accommodation Services at the University of Edinburgh provide the catering at Pollock Halls of Residence.
They encourage students to be more sustainable and mindful of having a positive influence on the environment. Top of the agenda is reducing the amount of food waste at mealtimes, created when students take more food than they can eat.
