This is the first in a three part series of free seminar series examining contemporary issues in medical law and ethics organised by the University of Bristol’s Centre for Health, Law and Society, the University of Manchester’s Centre for Social Ethics & Policy, and the University of Edinburgh’s Mason Institute.
This first seminar was led by Dr Alexandra Mullock from the University of Manchester, who presented on ‘Surgical harm, consent and English criminal law: When should ‘Bad-apple’ Surgeons be prosecuted?’
