Our students captured their experience of travelling to the Maldives in 2019 to assess the complex interactions between the biology of coral ecosystems, the sustainable use of them, and how resilient they are in a changing ocean. They also engaged with stakeholders within these islands, experiencing first-hand the intersection of environment, development and social issues within a marine setting.
Our MSc Marine Systems and Policies is a truly unique programme, as it
combines understanding the science, policies and practice needed to ensure sustainable oceans.
