Learning material for week 1 (2020/21) of Introduction to Art and Design Practice for the IFP

A series of practical projects will encourage students to develop their knowledge and understanding of the elements in art and design. Throughout the course they will engage with different approaches to creative research and learn how to present both visual and written evidence in a sketchbook journal. Students will be supported in developing their ability to express and justify their ideas through the integration of Art and Design contextual references.
