Catherine Heeney
is a research fellow based in Science Technology and Innovation Studies
currently working within the Global Digital Exemplars project. She has
worked extensively on data sharing for research purposes especially in
the area of genomics. In the lecture on ‘Sharing health records:
Blurring the medical and biomedical contexts?’ she will talk about the
changes happening to support more rapid sharing of data from the NHS
focussing especially on developments in the area of genomics and health.
