Tips on reading, especially when you find it challenging, including managing the Resource List (reading list); dealing with challenging texts; making notes; reading beyond the list.

About Practice Worth Sharing

Practice Worth Sharing, created by Deb Holt and Paul Kelly, was founded with the aim of sharing effective teaching and learning practice between MHSES staff. 

These sessions are open to all Postgraduate Taught students. A series of student-led sessions promoting discussion and sharing advice on practices that have worked for you or challenges you have faced and overcome in areas surrounding academic matters

Each session will be 30 minutes (15 min talk, 15 min discussion) and include an extra 30 minute slot afterwards for optional discussion.
